Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Import Procurement Manager. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end import procurement process, identifying and negotiating with global suppliers, ensuring compliance with import regulations, and maintaining cost-effectiveness. The role requires ensuring timely and efficient procurement of materials, managing shipping logistics, maintaining relationships with vendors, and analyzing procurement strategies to optimize costs and inventory levels. The candidate will also collaborate with the production and supply chain teams to align procurement processes with business needs and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of import processes and international trade regulations.
  • Skilled in vendor negotiations, supplier relationships, and procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management and logistics operations.
  • Experience in inventory management and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in ERP or procurement management systems, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Relevant professional certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.
