Notice Period: Immediate

CTC Range: 3.5 5 LPA

Role & responsibilities :

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve product or service issues by identifying customer concerns, determining root causes, and providing appropriate solutions
  • Ensure follow-up and closure to achieve complete customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information
  • Record all customer interactions, transactions, and complaints accurately in the CRM system
  • Identify and escalate high-priority or complex issues to the appropriate teams or supervisors
  • Adhere to communication protocols, quality standards, and company policies
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, logistics, and technical support to deliver

a seamless customer experience

  • Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency

Preferred candidate profile :

  • Proven experience in a customer service role (voice and blended processes)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service tools
  • Good typing speed and accuracy for chat/email interactions
  • High level of empathy, patience, and professionalism
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
