Sales Managers- Electrical Safety Systems to Oil&Gas, EPC

- Independent development and execution of sales & marketing plan in India
- Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Power & Distribution systems, Signaling Devices, and Lighting to customers in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Energy & Petrochemical industries
- Must have existing contacts with end users, System Integrators & EPC
- Focus on Order Intake, Sales Revenue, Key Account Management
- New business development
- Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
- Explore cross-selling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs) Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
- Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India
- Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows/fairs / ….)
- Keep watch on various activities from the competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
- Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical, and energy sectors and getting involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage
- Order Intake (60%)

- Marketing - Roadshows & Seminars (15%)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 12…15 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Power & Distribution systems, Signaling Devices, Lighting…etc…
- Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas, Refineries, Energy & Petrochemical industries
- Must have existing contacts with end users, System Integrators & EPC organizations / Consultants related to the above-mentioned industries.
- Must have knowledge of explosion-protection techniques & basics.
- Self-driven & self-motivated Must be able to work independently
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
- Experienced and skilled negotiator.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in building and maintaining relationships.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively and excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, flexibly, efficiently, smart and responsible, self-motivated, and with a good working attitude Good interpersonal skills, responsible & self-motivated
