  • Independent development and execution of sales & marketing plan in India
  • Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Power & Distribution systems, Signaling Devices, and Lighting to customers in Oil & Gas, Refineries, Energy & Petrochemical industries
  •  Must have existing contacts with end users, System Integrators & EPC
  • Focus on Order Intake, Sales Revenue, Key Account Management
  • New business development
  • Development, execution & tracking of growth initiatives
  • Explore cross-selling opportunities (within BU as well as across the BUs)  Drive and negotiate the project offers to maximize the conversion rate.
  • Regular visits to the various stakeholders (customers / EPC / Consultants / System Integrators) in India
  • Planning & execution of the marketing plan (roadshows/fairs / ….)
  • Keep watch on various activities from the competition and provide strategic inputs to the BU
  •  Identification of various projects in the oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical, and energy sectors and getting involved with all the stakeholders right from the FEED stage

Essential Qualifications
  •  Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  •  12…15 years of Sales & Business development experience selling Control Panels, Junction Boxes, Power & Distribution systems, Signaling Devices, Lighting…etc…
  •  Prior knowledge & experience working with Oil & Gas, Refineries, Energy & Petrochemical industries
  •  Must have existing contacts with end users, System Integrators & EPC organizations / Consultants related to the above-mentioned industries.
  • Must have knowledge of explosion-protection techniques & basics.

  • Excellent Communication and presentation Skills.
  • Experienced and skilled negotiator.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment in building and maintaining relationships.
