𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Sales Engineer with strong experience in industrial safety products, gas detection systems, or technical B2B sales. The ideal candidate will drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and support customers with technical expertise on Draeger products.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Drive sales of Dräger Gas Detection, Fire Safety & Industrial Safety products.
Generate new business, identify opportunities, and build a strong sales pipeline.
Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and site visits.
Manage end-to-end sales cycle: inquiry → quotation → negotiation → order finalization.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Handle channel sales, project sales, and OEM accounts.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and submit timely MIS reports.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
3–6 years of sales experience in industrial products (preferred: Gas Detection, Safety Equipment, Fire Protection, Instruments).
Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Instrumentation).
Strong technical understanding and ability to explain complex products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience dealing with EPCs, OEMs, consultants, and corporate clients.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
