Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying customer needs, providing technical solutions, and supporting clients with product demonstrations and presentations. Daily tasks include driving sales through technical expertise, offering technical support to clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. The role requires an individual capable of building strong client relationships and understanding technical requirements effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service, with a customer-focused approach
  • Outstanding Communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in the automation industry is highly desirable
