Harmony Environmental Systems (HES) designs and supplies Air Quality Control Systems including Electrostatic Precipitators (ESPs), Fabric Filters, and Hybrid Filters. Our solutions cater to industries such as Power, Oil & Gas, Pulp & Paper, Metals & Mining, Glass, and Petrochemical. In December 2022, Harmony acquired the non-Hamon Group based business of Hamon Research Cottrell India Pvt. Ltd. (HRCIN), which enhanced our knowledge-base and team expertise, enabling us to support and execute projects globally. Our after-market sales and service team is ready to provide inspections, repairs, and upgrades to maximize the value of your existing equipment.

Position Summary:

Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Principal Accountabilities:

Responsible for Customer Service Portfolio pan India which :

Developing for new client relationships and follow-up of those in the porfolio

Keeping the client list up to date

-      
Visits to clients for prospecting and follow-up of opportunities

-      
Manage proposal team for customer service opportunities

-   
Keeping abreast of technical developments in the industry, competitor's activity and customer strategy

-      
Coordination of sales reps/ partners

-      
Identification of potential local partners for each important industrial hub

-      
Supporting cross-selling of other business lines

-      
Negotiation and closing of bids

-      
Experience of direct interaction with and sales to Plant R&M team is an added advantage.

Experience on Air Quality products/services, Spare parts sales & service is an added advantage. 

Minimum Requirements:

The incumbent must be fluent in English. Must know to speak Hindi and any local language.
