Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying and pursuing new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales objectives. This role also includes coordinating with the marketing team to align sales efforts and conducting market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify new opportunities and build client relationships
  • Market Analysis and Strategic Thinking skills to assess industry trends and align sales strategies
  • Strong Communication and Negotiation skills for effective client interactions and deal closures
  • Team Collaboration skills to coordinate and work seamlessly with marketing and operational teams
  • Analytical skills for performance monitoring and reporting
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing sales is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required
