About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and driven
Assistant Manager Sales
to join our growing media sales team. The role focuses on generating revenue through ad sales and bulk ticket sales across assigned territories under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets for ad sales and bulk ticket sales.
  • Prepare annual sales forecasts and track performance for the assigned region.
  • Manage daily reporting tasks including activity reports, market intelligence, and competition tracking.
  • Coordinate with sites to optimize inventory management for maximum profitability.
  • Ensure timely collections and achieve 100% recovery of outstanding dues.
  • Build and maintain strong client and agency relationships to generate repeat business.
  • Monitor off-screen inventory activations and ensure maximum client engagement.
  • Handle customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on market trends through newspapers, radio, and TV to identify new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Education:
    Graduate in any discipline
  • Experience:
  • 1-5 years in ad sales, space selling, or airtime sales
  • Experience from print, radio, background preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Market research and competition analysis
  • Relationship management and negotiation skills
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in English and local language
