Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Assisting in domestic and international holiday package sales
- Handling customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails
- Supporting itinerary preparation and package customization
- Following up with leads and maintaining customer records
- Coordinating with internal operations and vendor teams
- Updating lead data and reports on a daily basis
- Providing basic customer support and post-sales assistance
