Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting sales operations, maintaining client relationships, identifying potential leads, and generating new business opportunities. Other responsibilities include preparing sales reports, assisting in strategy formulation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient communication and service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in sales, client relationship management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to prepare sales reports and support sales strategy development.
  • Knowledge of logistics, freight management, and supply chain operations is an advantage.
  • Proactive and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant background in Sales, Business, or Logistics is preferred.
