Assistant Sales Manager

We are urgently hiring Asst. Sales Manager for our cable division. The candidate must have hands-on experience in industrial cable sales including Instrumentation, Control, FS (Fire Survival), and Power Cables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Steel, Mining, and Railways.

  • Handle direct, channel, or project-based sales across local/regional/India-level markets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, and government clients.

  • Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders.

  • Achieve individual sales targets and expand key accounts.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in cable industry sales.

  • Strong knowledge of Instrumentation, Control, and Power Cables.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

  • Experience in handling industrial clients and project sales.
