Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in New Delhi for a Human Resources Manager. The HR Manager will oversee and manage all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR strategies, handling employee queries, managing HR operations, maintaining employee records, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The role will require collaboration with leadership on organizational priorities to drive business goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in recruitment, performance evaluations, and employee relations
  • Capability in training and development, workforce planning, and implementing HR strategies
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems, as well as data analysis for decision-making
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities and ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certifications like SHRM or PHR is a plus
  • Previous experience in the energy, manufacturing, or commercial services sector is advantageous
