Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 15 years of proven expertise in human resources management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and refining our HR strategies, systems, and processes to align with our business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • People-oriented with strong results-driven approach
  • Leadership skills and the ability to design and implement HR strategy
