Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager Banca, located in Kochi. The Relationship Manager Banca will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners, identifying and understanding customer needs, promoting and selling insurance products, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires regular interaction with clients and bank staff, completing administrative tasks related to sales, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Sales and marketing skills, with experience in the insurance or banking industry
- Customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to understand and match products to customer needs
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proactive approach and ability to work independently
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
