Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and manage outbound/inbound telesales calls to convert leads into long-term customers
  • Understand client needs and promote tailored financial products and services
  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high conversion and retention rates
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Accurately record customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in DSA banking, FinTech, or financial services (mandatory)

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email platforms
  • Must be currently based in Kochi or nearby areas

  • Prior experience in digital lending, financial product sales, or SaaS-based solutions
