Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage outbound/inbound telesales calls to convert leads into long-term customers
- Understand client needs and promote tailored financial products and services
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospects and existing clients
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to ensure high conversion and retention rates
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Accurately record customer interactions and sales progress in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sale support
- Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer insights
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of telesales experience in DSA banking, FinTech, or financial services (mandatory)
- Bachelor's degree (Graduation completed)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email platforms
- Must be currently based in Kochi or nearby areas
Preferred Skills
- Confident, empathetic, and persuasive communication style
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for targets and client satisfaction
- Prior experience in digital lending, financial product sales, or SaaS-based solutions
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships with professionalism and agility
