What Youll Do?

Drive sales, revenue, and business growth across multiple retail outlets in your assigned zone.

Lead, mentor, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional performance.

Build local partnerships and monitor competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.

Ensure smooth execution of marketing and operational initiatives.

Regularly review targets, performance metrics, and team engagement.

What Youll Bring?

8 to 12 years of experience in telecom, retail, or handset sales management.

Proven record in managing multi-store or zonal operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Passion for retail excellence and customer experience.
