About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Zonal Manager to lead operations across two clusters with 15 outlets, managing a team of over 100 employees and driving a monthly business of ₹75 lakh and above

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in spa or wellness operations, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all operational, financial, and service aspects of 15 wellness outlets across two clusters.
  • Lead and motivate a large team, ensuring excellence in performance, service delivery, and guest satisfaction.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and performance targets as per business goals.
  • Conduct regular audits for quality, hygiene, and brand compliance.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve business efficiency and guest retention.
  • Coordinate with HR and Training teams for recruitment, onboarding, and skill development.
  • Provide detailed business updates and performance reports directly to the owner.
  • Travel across outlets for at least 10 days per month for operational supervision and review.

Requirements:

  • Preferred: 5–10 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality operations (Spa experience will be first preference).
  • Proven experience in managing multi-location operations and large teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs (approx. 10 days/month).
