We're Hiring – Accounts Payables Executive
Position:
Accounts Payables Executive
Experience:
Minimum 6 Months (specifically in Accounts Payables)
Location:
Nahur, Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial
- Provide accurate financial information required for the organization.
- Handle activities such as TDS, bank reconciliation, and salary processing.
2. Operational
- Process external party payments across all divisions.
- Calculate TDS for external parties.
- Ensure approval of sales promotional expenses by CEO.
- Manage imprest cash through SAP.
- Process advance payments and dispatch salaries.
- Enter and update data in SAP.
- Facilitate external audits.
- Circulate Form 16 to all divisions annually.
- Update monthly schedules (printing & stationery, courier, marketing, office & staff welfare).
- Oversee sales promotional cycle and collect related expense data from Sales Administration.
3. Customer / People Excellence
- Build effective working relationships with Sales & Administration, Commercial, and HR departments.
- Maintain cordial working relationships with vendors.
