Location: Mumbai | Monday – Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturday Off) | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:
We're seeking an Assistant Manager – Accounts Payable to oversee AP operations, vendor management, and compliance for a fast-growing consumer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end AP operations including invoice validation, PO/GRN matching, and approvals
Oversee timely vendor payments, payment planning, and tracking
Handle booking and payment of non-inventory expenses (Rent, CAM, Utilities, Electricity, etc.)
Prepare TDS workings, process payments, file returns, and resolve defaults
Ensure monthly closing activities: expense booking, reconciliations, and reporting
Conduct vendor ledger reconciliation, creditor ageing reports, and cash flow reporting
Monitor statutory compliance (PT, PF, ESIC), manage reimbursements & petty cash
Drive process improvements, implement controls, and lead the AP team
Requirements:
Graduate with strong Accounts Payable knowledge
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, etc.)
Experience handling turnover of ₹50 Cr+
Strong knowledge of TDS, compliance, and reporting
Preferred:
Experience in vendor/stakeholder management
Process improvement and automation exposure
