Job Description:

JHS & Associates LLP is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Executive to join our finance team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in both accounts payable operations and internal audit, who can ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and effective process controls..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Perform general ledger postings and assist with month-end closing activities.
  • Handle vendor payments, reconciliations, and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist with GSTR return filing, ITR working, and other statutory compliances.
  • Support internal audit teams in process and control reviews.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and highlight discrepancies for corrective action.
  • Collaborate with senior finance officers on reporting and process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or MBA in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Audit (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
  • Knowledge of GSTR return filing, ITR working, and reconciliation processes.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally preferred).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
