Designation - Accounts Manager Experience : 5 - 8 Qualifications : MBA Finance/CA/CPA/CMA/CA Semi - Qualified Salary : 8 -11 LPA Roles and Responsibilities: - Leadership • Manages the accounting staff who are responsible for financial reporting, invoicing, collections, payroll, and budget preparation. • Provide guidance and support for recruitment, development, and delivery of role requirements for staff in the accounts department. Operations • Organise and monitor daily activities of accounts department including but not limited to, bookkeeping, invoicing, payables, receivables, tax reporting and payroll. • Maintain an up -to -date cash flow statement for SG group including forecasting and planning of payments. • Control and monitor the Group debt activity in consultation with senior management. • Carry out tax planning and filing annual returns in all regions where the group operates. • Establish SOP's, internal controls, and guidelines for accounting transactions. • Engage with external consultants where required for reporting requirements and other accounts/finance related activities of SG group. • Lead the annual budget planning process under guidance from senior management and monitor the annual budget management. Compliance • Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. • Conduct/coordinate internal and external audits to meet regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of company accounts. • Conduct investigation on accounting related incidents as per instructions from senior management Reporting • Oversee the production of periodic financial reports/MI reports in a timely manner. • Oversee the production of various financial reports for analysing the company performance and financial forecasts as per requirement from senior management. • Comply with all external reporting within the required timeline. Miscellaneous • Provide support for company projects as per instructions from senior management. • Any other activity as required by company's operational requirement Industry - Shipping Industry Turnover - 8 crore Working Day - Mon to Fri Work Timing - 8 AM to 5 PM
