Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Accounting Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and finalizing accounts for both Companies and charitable trusts. Additionally, they will be involved in filing and preliminary work required for ROC (Registrar of Companies) Filing.

Responsibilities:

· Prepare and finalize accounts for Companies and charitable trusts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

· Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.

· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting tasks.

· Assist in the preparation of documentation and filings required for ROC Filing, including gathering necessary information and supporting documentation.

· Stay current with changes in accounting regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all activities.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· 2+ years of experience in accounting or related roles.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards.

· Experience with preparing accounts for both Companies and charitable trusts is a plus.

· Proficiency in Tally/Zoho accounting software and MS Office applications preferred.

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines.
