Key Responsibilities: • Client Relationship Management: o Develop and maintain long -term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. o Act as the main point of contact between the company and assigned clients. o Understand client needs and objectives, and tailor solutions to meet those needs. • Sales and Business Development: o Identify opportunities for upselling and cross -selling our products and services. o Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. o Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. • Client Site Visits: o Schedule and conduct regular meetings and appointments with clients at their locations. o Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and effectively. o Provide on -site support and training to clients as needed. • Collaboration and Reporting: o Work closely with internal teams ( sales, customer support) to ensure client requirements are met. o Prepare and submit regular reports on account status, sales activities, and progress towards goals. o Work on regular feedbacks from the clients about our services.
