Job Title: Business Development Intern
Location: Marol MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai (In Office)
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Incentives: Performance-based incentives up to ₹20,000/month
Job Type: Internship (3 months)
Mode: Hybrid (Work from Office)
Future Opportunity: Full-time position based on performance after internship
CTC (Post-Internship): 3 LPA – 6 LPA
About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and networking
Pitch our services effectively to prospective clients and convert leads into active business
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for retention and repeat business
Create and manage reports for daily/weekly activities and performance tracking
Assist in proposal writing, quotation preparation, and negotiation
Use CRM tools to maintain lead pipelines and client interactions
