About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Intern to join our team and assist in resolving technical issues for clients and internal users. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, has a problem-solving mindset, and is passionate about technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support via email, chat, or phone.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues.
  • Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining systems and applications.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior support engineers or the development team.
  • Document technical issues, resolutions, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac), networking, and common software applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with helpdesk/ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, JIRA).
  • Knowledge of databases and basic SQL queries.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
