About the Role

Grace Staffing Services is hiring for the HP – North America Voice Process.

This role involves interacting with international customers, assisting them with technical troubleshooting and resolving general service-related queries.

Job Profile

  • Handle inbound voice calls from HP's North American customers.
  • Assist customers by resolving technical issues related to HP products — including hardware, software, and connectivity.
  • Address and resolve customer service queries with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Document every interaction and ensure issue resolution as per defined SLAs.
  • Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support when required.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: HSC or Graduate (any stream).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 6 months of technical troubleshooting experience (BPO/Non-BPO).
  • Graduate freshers from any stream are also eligible to apply.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver effective solutions.
  • Willingness to work in US rotational shifts.
