Role Overview:

We are seeking a technically adept and client-focused individual to join our team as a Technical Support Executive. This role involves supporting the sales team with client onboarding, managing technical integrations, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our messaging services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during-client onboarding and integration processes.
  • Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, including configuration details and service reports.
  • Communicate product features, APIs, and integration processes to clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless service implementation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in account management or client-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in business communication and technical concepts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the telecom industry is an advantage.
  • Must be located in commutable distance to Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
