Job Overview
We are looking for a highly capable and responsible Branch Head / VP to lead our newly launched Noida Branch of Global Homes Infra. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in real estate sales, team management, and P&L ownership. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a strong customer-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Business Leadership & Strategy
- Lead overall branch operations and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability (P&L responsibility).
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth across Indian and Dubai property portfolios.
- Identify new market opportunities, channel partners, and high-value client segments.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales planning aligned with company goals.
2. Sales Management & Closures
- Build and lead a strong sales team of 20+ members.
- Oversee daily sales operations, client follow-ups, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.
- Ensure superior customer experience and maintain high conversion ratios.
3. Team Development & Performance
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of sales and operations team members.
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Build a motivating, target-driven work environment.
- Implement training modules on product knowledge, negotiation, and customer handling.
4. P&L Ownership & Budget Management
- Manage branch expenses, revenue forecasts, and profitability ratios.
- Ensure efficient cost management and optimum resource utilization.
- Handle branch audits, compliance, and financial reporting.
5. Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with HNI/NRI clients, developers, and strategic partners.
- Oversee after-sales support and ensure timely documentation and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
6. Operational Excellence
- Oversee daily branch operations, administration, and compliance.
- Maintain SOPs for sales, documentation, and customer service.
- Ensure smooth coordination with marketing, backend, and accounts teams.
7. Reporting & MIS
- Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly MIS reports to management.
- Track KPIs, sales funnel, revenue patterns, and team productivity.
- Ensure data accuracy and CRM management across the team.
Requirements
- Minimum 8–15+ years of experience in real estate sales & leadership.
- Strong negotiation, team-building, and closing skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure targets professionally.
- Knowledge of both Indian and Dubai real estate markets (preferred).
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
