Job Responsibilities
1) To have face to face customer service and to assist them with any queries at the Front office
2) To handle telephonic queries and walk in clients for enquiries
3) To be able to convert the walk in clients on spot or to follow up with the enquiries diligently to convert them into a sales
4) To send timely reports on daily basis
5) To be able to learn skills quickly and be able to handle shifts without any flaws
6) To communicate fluently in English and Tamil language
7) To assist trainers in allocating assessments records
Job Type: Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
