1) Responsible for overall operations of the outlet and to lead a team of 15 members
2) To achieve set sales target month on month as per management standards
3) To train new joinees in front office and to assign the required assessments to trainers
4) To prepare weekly roster and to ensure daily manning is planned .
5) Responsible for strategy and forecast the achievable numbers and upon approval from management executing the same by driving the team with positive approach .
6) To communicate with the corporate to get updated with timely trainings updates and to upkeep with the standard operating procedures
Skills set required
1) Must have 4 to 5 years of sales experience and to have handled a team Prior
2) Must be enthusiastic about achieving numbers with strategic approach
3) Pleasing personality with good communication skills
4) Must be technically sound with MS Excel and to own a laptop for updating records and files

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
