Ltd. Location: Gurgaon, Delhi, Pune, Kolkata, ChennaiOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive growth within our region.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales associates, overseeing sales activities within their designated region, and developing strategic initiatives to increase sales and market share. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate their team, analyse sales data, and create effective sales strategies. The candidate will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Theme Music Company's Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, customer and company expectations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the related revenue is maximised in the most profitable way in line with the agreed targets. Key Responsibilities:Team Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales associates. Set sales targets, motivate team members to achieve them, and provide coaching and support as needed.

Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Ensure sales team compliance with company policies and procedures. Regional Sales Management:Oversee all sales activities within the assigned region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion. Promotions and Campaigns:Plan and execute promotional campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling marketing materials and sales promotions.

Channel Development:Identify and develop new sales channels and distribution opportunities. Evaluate existing channels for effectiveness and profitability. Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and distributors.

Other KRAs:Provides product, promotion, and pricing information; selects appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. Updates the line manager about daily action summaries. Maintain sales tracking reports.

Maintains customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates

Determine and recommend prospecting customers by analysing historical and other statistical information, participating in conducting customer interviews and preparing customer call analysis reports. Provides after-sales service and in particular, ensures all customers' complaints are taken seriously and discussed with the sales manager if necessary. Confirms verbal proposals in writing.

At all times, promote a positive image of the company in all forms of contact. To develop & foster close and positive rapport with the clients, students at piano schools, music teachers in the community and members of the trade. Identifying new leads through various business channels.

Promote the company's products/services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Recognises the importance of teamwork to achieve objectives; brings in ideas, information, suggestions and expertise from others outside the immediate team

Builds strong team relationships within and across teams

Retaining and growing the margins in our new business wins

Update action plans and financial objectives quarterly.Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.Key Skills Required:Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role

Strong leadership and managerial skills with a track record of achieving sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in presenting complex concepts in straightforward ways

An analytical mindset with the ability to analyse sales data and market trends

Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies

Qualifications Required:Bachelor's Degree from a deemed university. A business/marketing/sales or equivalent degree is preferable

Adept in data analysis

Experienced in time management, establishing priorities, and complying with deadlines

Candidates with Musical Knowledge will be preferred
