Role Description
ONLY INTERIOR DESIGN SALES BACKGROUND REQUIRED
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at our Gurugram location. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading and mentoring the sales team, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include networking with potential clients, conducting market research, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to support business growth. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, preparing sales reports, and participating in sales presentations and negotiations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Sales Strategy, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities
- Experience with CRM software and sales performance metrics
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the interior design or architecture industry is a plus
