Responsibilities
- Maintain record-keeping systems and filing
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role
- High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Office Administrator or Secretary will be a plus
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
