Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida Sector 59 for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will address customer inquiries, provide support through various communication channels, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role includes active problem-solving, assisting with service reservations, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the team to enhance the overall customer experience at ThePetNest.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or in the pet care industry is a plus but not mandatory.
