Job Objective:

This role aims to understand and fulfill client hiring requirements for Naukrigulf business through proactive communication and collaboration with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. The selected individual will be accountable for identifying, evaluating, and presenting a pool of potential candidates based on clients' specified requirements.

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact after the sales process, ensuring a comprehensive customer onboarding experience and assuming complete ownership of the account post-sales.
  • Proactively manage relationships with assigned clients through regular follow-up calls and email check-ins.
  • Provide recruitment assistance by utilizing Naukrigulf and Naukri database to source appropriate candidates according to the client's subscription.
  • Evaluate candidate resumes and job applications based on relevant skills, experience, and other requirements outlined in the job description.
  • Conduct periodic customer satisfaction surveys (C-Sat) to monitor product usage and satisfaction levels.
  • Maintain and update a management information system (MIS) to track client coverage and CV shared and profiles shortlisted.
  • Foster a partnership with clients post-sales and actively gather and collect client testimonials to showcase the exceptional customer service provided.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, offering crucial insights into clients' needs and requirements to ensure a steady stream of opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements to the Product/Engineering team as per feedback received from clients, thus cultivating a culture of continuous improvement

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 3- 5 years experience in recruitment domain.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and working in various job portals is a must
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Exposure to both IT as well as non-IT recruitment will be preferred
  • Good knowledge of the middle-east market (especially UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman) will be preferred
  • Should be able to work independently and be a quick learner
  • Should be task-oriented with good documentation skills.

Work Days: Monday - Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
