We are looking for a Creative Performance Marketing Associate who can combine creative storytelling with data-driven thinking to design high-performing digital campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics, understand what resonates with premium fashion audiences, and know how to translate that into effective ad creatives across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop creative concepts and ad copies for performance campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital channels.

Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and conversion-focused creatives (static, video, carousel, etc.).

Analyze creative performance data and optimize content for higher engagement, CTR, and ROAS.

Maintain a strong understanding of brand tone, audience psychology, and seasonal fashion trends.

Partner with content teams to ensure creative consistency across all touchpoints.

Stay updated on creative trends, ad formats, and algorithm changes in paid media platforms.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and how creative impacts them.

Ability to write sharp, persuasive ad copies and translate insights into creative direction.

Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytical dashboards.

Aesthetic eye for design and brand storytelling in the fashion/lifestyle segment.

Comfort with A/B testing and interpreting creative data for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or Design.

1–3 years of experience in performance marketing or creative strategy, ideally with a fashion, D2C, or premium lifestyle brand.

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a fast-paced creative environment.
