Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Influencer Marketing Manager based in Delhi, India. The individual will lead the execution and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns, manage influencer relationships, and strategize partnerships that align with clients' brand goals. Key responsibilities include identifying suitable influencers, negotiating collaborations, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing results for impactful marketing metrics. Daily tasks also involve identifying market trends, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects meet established deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Influencer Marketing strategy, Relationship Management, and Campaign Execution
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing techniques and Social Media trends
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with AR/VR/MR technology and creative content production is a bonus
  • Collaborative mindset with experience in managing cross-functional projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields is preferred
  • Previous experience in managing influencer campaigns or working with brand partnerships
