Brief Overview of the Job Description:
As an Influencer Marketing Manager with 2-5 years of experience, you will spearhead influencer marketing strategies, develop partnerships, and drive brand visibility through social media influencers. Your role will focus on creating impactful campaigns that align with our client's brand values and with their target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring optimal ROI on all campaigns.
- Analyse and report on campaign spending, negotiating rates with influencers to maximize cost efficiency.
- Track and report the financial impact of influencer campaigns on overall sales and revenue.
- Identify and engage with influencers who align with our brand values and have a strong connection with our target audience.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine influencer strategies.
- Enhance brand awareness and perception through strategic influencer partnerships and campaigns.
- Plan, execute, and manage influencer marketing campaigns from inception to completion.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with the content, social media, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Ensure all influencer collaborations comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing and apply them to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor junior team members and provide training on influencer marketing best practices.
- Continuously seek new and innovative ways to leverage influencers and expand our reach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a similar role.
