Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for the Manager of Influencer Marketing at Adfactors PR. The responsibilities include defining influencer marketing strategies, identifying and building relationships with key influencers, and managing end-to-end influencer campaigns. The role entails coordination with internal teams and influencers to create engaging content, ensuring campaigns align with client goals, and analyzing performance metrics to refine future strategies. The role also involves staying updated on emerging trends in social media and digital marketing to deliver impactful influencer engagement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Influencer Marketing and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
  • Proficiency in relationship building and fostering collaborations with influencers and content creators.
  • Skills in campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis to optimize future strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and content marketing tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple campaigns.
  • Background in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree or certification in digital marketing is a plus.
