We're Hiring: Talent Manager – Influencer Marketing

At Closer, we work with some of the most exciting brands in the Skincare, Wellness & Fitness space — helping them tell stories that connect and convert through Influencer Marketing & UGC Ads.

We're now expanding our Exclusive Talent Management vertical and looking for a Talent Manager (1–2 years experience) to join our growing team in Delhi.

  • About the Role

As a Talent Manager, you'll be at the heart of our creator ecosystem — managing our exclusive influencer roster and discovering fresh talent that aligns with Closer's creator-first vision.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and grow relationships with Closer's exclusive creators
  • Curate and onboard new talent across lifestyle, fitness, skincare & wellness categories
  • Strategize brand collaborations that align with creator identity & growth
  • Negotiate deals, coordinate campaign deliverables & ensure timely execution
  • Guide creators on content quality, storytelling, and personal brand building
  • Collaborate with internal teams to unlock opportunities for creators across campaigns and partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • 1–2 years of experience in Talent Management for an agency
  • Strong understanding of the influencer ecosystem & creator culture
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
  • A knack for spotting great talent and helping them grow
  • Proactive, organized & passionate about the creator economy
