Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and creative
Influencer Marketing Manager
to lead our influencer partnerships and campaigns. The role requires someone who can identify the right influencers, build strong relationships, execute campaigns, and measure their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, approach, and onboard relevant influencers across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Negotiate contracts and deliverables with influencers, agencies, and talent managers.
  • Manage influencer relationships to ensure long-term collaboration and brand advocacy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, content, design) to align influencer campaigns with overall brand strategy.
  • Track, measure, and report campaign performance (reach, engagement, ROI, conversions).
  • Stay updated with the latest influencer marketing trends, tools, and platforms.
  • Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across social platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize campaigns.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
