Title : Sales Engineer Soldering/Dispensing Automation Product

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and manage sales for industrial and electronic process material
  • Solder Paste, Solder Wire, TAC Flux, and Solder Preforms
  • EMS & Metal Cleaning Solutions for Industrial, Aerospace, and Defense applications
  • Precision Soldering and De-soldering Solutions, SMT Rework Stations, and Convection Rework Systems
  • Fume Extraction Systems
  • Precision Manual and Robotic Dispensing Systems, including Dispensing Valves, Syringe Barrels, Two-component Dispensing, and Jetting (Non-contact Dispensing) solutions
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, and Defense industries.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from MELSS's product portfolio.
  • Manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical

Must have Experience in Automation Products Like Soldering, Solder Paste, Dispensing Machines

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems.
  • The candidate must either have strong technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment OR possess an established customer base in the relevant technical industry (EMS, Aerospace, or Defense).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
