  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support to the sales team, acting as the go-to technical expert for clients and prospects.
  • Customer Engagement: Understand customer business challenges and technical requirements to tailor solutions.
  • Solution Architecture & Presentation: Design and present complex technical solutions, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Sales Collaboration: Work closely with sales representatives to build territory sales plans, meet revenue targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proposal & Quoting: Develop and submit detailed technical proposals and cost estimates based on customer specifications.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, product, production, and marketing teams to provide consistent product information and support.
  • Market & Product Feedback: Provide feedback on product roadmaps and market trends based on customer interactions and competitive analysis.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong background in engineering or a related technical field (like computer science) with several years of relevant professional experience.
  • Communication: Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills to effectively communicate complex technical subjects to diverse audiences.
