Job Description – PLC Engineer

We are looking for qualified engineers for PLC programming, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of automation systems. The role involves working with PLCs, HMIs, and control panels to support industrial automation projects.

Responsibilities and Duties:

·Programming, testing, and commissioning of PLCs and HMIs (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Delta, etc.).

·Troubleshooting and debugging PLC programs, hardware, and control circuits.

·Design, wiring, and integration of control panels with field devices.

·Testing and simulation of automation systems before deployment.

. Maintenance and upgrading of existing PLC systems in industrial applications.

·Documentation of programs, wiring diagrams, and technical reports.

·Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams.

·Good problem-solving skills in automation and control systems.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

·Fresher also applicable

·Knowledge of PLC programming languages (Ladder Logic, Function Block, Structured Text, etc.).

·Familiarity with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).

·Strong understanding of sensors, actuators, relays, and electrical circuits.

·Ability to read and interpret electrical/control diagrams.

·Knowledge of basic electrical and electronics concepts.

·Degree (B.E) or Diploma in Electrical / EEE / ECE / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation Engineering.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on skills & experience)
