Required Position:
Key Accounts Executive: Graduate / MBA / PGDM with 2 to 6 years exp in any Dairy in MT Sales
Should have mandatory modern trade experience in DMart chain handling.
KEY RESULT AREAS
- Plan, Execute & Promote the NKA business and achieve the sales targets as per the business plan.
- Build the MRF team in scope towards achieving the organization objective.
- Create the identity of Brand in the market and increase the visibility.
- Product management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing)
- Sales management (Targets, Margins, Promotions, Rentals).
- Build and deploy a consumer acquisition model.
- Monitor & review the distribution/ channel marketing system/Local Buyers.
- Review & identify the business gaps and develop the sales promotional activities.
- Develop market intelligence and expansion of distribution network.
- Ensure to review and reconciliation of sales realizations & out standings.
- Build and deploy effective marketing plan and execution of BTL activities.
- Organize Customer Contract Programs and addressing complaints/feedback.
- Responsible for placement of Visi Coolers / Bottle Coolers in the Market.
- Ensure timely supply of products with minimum leakages, damages & transit losses.
- Ensure proper merchandising at MRF Stores.
- Ensure the availability of all products / variants / SKUs in the respective MRFs City / Town wise.
- Optimum utilization of manpower & Develop Teams.
- Daily, periodical MIS reports.
- Co-ordination with internal teams i.e., Sales, Operations, quality, Marketing etc.,
- Effective coordination and compliance of all Statutory, ISO and Audit Queries.
- Any other work which was assigned from time to time.
