About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to support our Director in managing key client-facing and internal processes. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director with renewal proposals, scope expansions, and client onboarding processes.
Provide invoicing support and ensure timely follow-ups with client procurement teams.
Coordinate effectively with stakeholders on platforms such as Coupa and Ariba (experience with these tools is a strong advantage).
Manage documentation and ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Support reporting, analysis, and internal coordination using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes as required.
Requirements:
1–2 years of relevant experience in account management, client coordination, or finance support roles.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior exposure to Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.
Based in Bangalore (preferred) or Mumbai, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office per week).
