About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Accounts Executive to support our Director in managing key client-facing and internal processes. The role requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across teams and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director with renewal proposals, scope expansions, and client onboarding processes.

  • ⁠Provide invoicing support and ensure timely follow-ups with client procurement teams.

  • ⁠Coordinate effectively with stakeholders on platforms such as Coupa and Ariba (experience with these tools is a strong advantage).

  • ⁠Manage documentation and ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

  • ⁠Support reporting, analysis, and internal coordination using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • ⁠Quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and processes as required.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in account management, client coordination, or finance support roles.

  • ⁠Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

  • ⁠Prior exposure to Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms is highly desirable.

  • ⁠Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.

  • ⁠Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively.

  • ⁠Based in Bangalore (preferred) or Mumbai, with flexibility to work in a hybrid model (2 days in office per week).
