Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator with strong data entry experience to manage and support daily logistics operations. The role involves coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate records, handling documentation, and ensuring timely movement of goods while updating and monitoring data in internal systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, suppliers, and customers.
 - Prepare, review, and process shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, etc.).
 - Enter, update, and maintain logistics and shipment data accurately in ERP/Excel systems.
 - Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays or discrepancies.
 - Communicate with vendors, freight forwarders, and internal teams regarding delivery schedules.
 - Maintain records of logistics transactions, freight costs, and inventory movements.
 - Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly logistics and inventory reports.
 - Support compliance with customs regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
 - Provide administrative and clerical support to the logistics department.
 
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
 - Proven work experience in logistics coordination or supply chain support.
 - Strong data entry experience with excellent attention to detail.
 - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. is a plus).
 - Knowledge of shipping regulations, customs procedures, and logistics documentation.
 - Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
 - Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.
 - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
