Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Staff member to support daily administrative operations and contribute to process optimization initiatives in our glass manufacturing/distribution facility. The role combines traditional office support functions with a focus on improving workflow efficiency, cost control, and digital record management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle general administrative tasks including documentation, filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels of glass sheets, fittings, and supplies; assist in procurement coordination.
- Maintain and update production and delivery schedules in ERP or tracking systems.
- Identify inefficiencies in office or operational processes and propose optimization solutions.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on production output, material usage, and order status.
- Assist in implementing digital tools (Excel, ERP, or automation software) to streamline routine tasks.
- Support quality and safety compliance documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative or operations roles, preferably in the glass, construction, or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to identify process improvements.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
