Logistics incharge Plan and manage dispatch schedules based on customer orders and production completion. Coordinate with production, sales, and customer service teams for smooth delivery planning. Supervise loading and unloading of glass materials ensuring safety and accuracy. Arrange and monitor vehicle availability and route planning to ensure on-time deliveries. Maintain dispatch records, delivery challans, and transport documentation. Track vehicle movements and ensure materials reach customers safely. Handle transporter communication and negotiate rates when required. Check and verify goods before dispatch to avoid damages or quantity mismatches. Manage logistics staff, helpers, and drivers effectively. Ensure compliance with company safety standards during handling and transport of toughened glass. Maintain records for inward and outward materials in ERP/system. Support inventory management and coordinate for return materials if any. Prepare daily dispatch and delivery reports for management review. Requirements: Education: Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in logistics/dispatch operations (preferably in a manufacturing industry).
