Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients for equity, commodity, and derivative trading.
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing clients to enhance business volume.
Achieve revenue and business targets through effective sales strategies.
Execute trades for clients and provide timely investment advice.
Cross-sell financial products like mutual funds, IPOs, bonds, insurance, etc.
Keep clients informed about market movements, investment opportunities, and risk factors.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies while handling client transactions.
Maintain proper documentation of client onboarding and KYC.
Regularly update management on sales performance and client acquisition progress.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Sales-driven mindset with negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism.
Sound understanding of regulatory guidelines (SEBI, NSE, BSE, etc.).
Proficiency in MS Office and trading software.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
NISM certification (Equity Derivatives) is mandatory.
1–5 years of experience in sales broking, equity dealing, or financial advisory
